Ghost Rider #2

Ghost Rider #2

Kael Ngu brings us an amazing cover for the regular issues. Cory Smith and Brent Peeples as artists bring us a very black, yellow and red comic. Without even seeing Ghost Rider on the page, you can tell you are reading Ghost Rider. The comic yells darkness and fire on whichever page you open it. It is just perfection.

The plot of this issue reminds me a lot to that Netflix documentary about the creepy guy that owned a Motel and would spy on their guests. With a more satanic outcome, this guy instead sacrifices those he kidnaps to a monster who advances the Ghost Rider story into what seems the end of our world.

With only two issues the story by Benjamin Percy is right into the action. What seems like small breathing pauses, they lead right into hell. What an amazing beginning for our beloved biker. Can't wait for the next issues!
