I was honestly very disappointed when I read this book. I expected to dive deep into more of the Mandalorian lore. Or maybe more about the Mandalorian, the Beskar wars, anything that is not a compendium of the show we have just binge-watched already.
Don’t get me wrong, it is perfectly written, the art is fantastic, panels are amazing, colors and letters on point. It is maybe just the anticipation of a new story that didn’t let me enjoy this issue as much. Seems the rest of the series will be a compendium of the show, hopefully when that is over we will be able to see an aftermath of the Mandalorian’s story. That is in a couple of years after all the episodes are over…
A really nice A cover by Adi Granov. It portrays wind in such a magnificent way. It also perfectly exploits an extraterrestrial golden hour.
