With Bloodshot in a coma, the H.A.R.D. Corps now enters the picture. Having kept tabs on him since their first encounter in HARD Corps (1992) #5, the organization believes Bloodshot would be the perfect candidate for a new member of the H.A.R.D. Corps team.
